A series of advertisements for a development of just seven detached family homes set in a rural area of Hertfordshire.

Although predominately advertised in the local press, special insertions have appeared in property magazines and national newspapers.

Many of the designs emphasised the development's outstanding location and the 'Arts and Crafts' style of the new homes. Some of the earlier ads showed, each week, how the development was progressing by including a photograph of the very latest stage of construction.
