A series of three brochures for this development of townhouses, detached houses and apartments in a very prestigious location.

The brochures are linked by using the same natural cover board, with three differing colours in the foil blocking for the various home styles.

Soft illustrations of the homes were used instead of computer generated images, as they better reflected the 'country feel' of both the natural elevational treatments and the wooded setting.
