A four page A4 newsletter, published quarterly, to show the latest information of property offered by Farleys, a leading agent in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London.

A lot of information had to be accommodated within the newsletter's four pages, so the layout was designed using a system of colour coded boxes. This enabled readers to easily find the type of information they were looking for.
